Terms and conditions for REinspired online shop
Our online shop is a vehicle for donations and new groups setting up their own local REinspired group and paying their sign up and affiliation fees.
For those who would like to support us financially, we are hugely grateful, thank you. As a registered charity we are bound to the rules outlined by charity law which means that we cannot refund donations unless under specific circumstances, sanctioned by them. If you believe that your donation should be refunded, please contact us.
New group fees and renewal payments
- Sign-up fee of £50. This is a one-off payment to cover the cost of administration and processing applications. Applicants sign to agree to pay this one-off payment as described in the affiliation agreement.
This payment is non-refundable.
- At the time of signing the affiliation agreement, the £180 fee is due. Every year thereafter, £180 is payable on the anniversary of the document being signed. The new group will receive an REinspired email and sign in which gives them access to the ‘New national Groups’ resources folder in SharePoint. The affiliation fee is non-refundable.
If the new group decide not to continue, and do not pay the affiliation fee, access permissions to SharePoint and the online resources will cease.
The group do not have permission to continue as an REinspired group or to use REinspired material if not an affiliated member.
If a group has economic hardship issues, we hope that the group would speak to us before the renewal date to give us an opportunity to consult with them.
