What personal data we collect and why we collect it
There are three ways that we collect information from you; when you download one of our Session Plans, if you contact us using the form on the contact us page, and when you subscribe to us.
Information that you give us if you download a session plan or subscribe, i.e. name, email address and post code are sent to our Mailchimp email system to send you termly news and updates from us. We also store this information securely in our Microsoft SharePoint system. This enables us to respond to your requests, improve our provision of resources and communicate with you. Mailchimp has its own unsubscribe facility and you can opt out at any time. If you would like your information removed for Sharepoint please contact us on 0118 9663929 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you complete the contact form we will not store this data we will only use it to contact you.
Your information from other sources: We sometimes receive updated contact details from our REinspired Team Leaders or from our REinspired network which is used to correct our records so we can communicate more easily and effectively. It is implied you have given us your permission for us to update our records. Again, you can unsubscribe whenever you want by contacting us on 0118 9663929 or email email@example.com
