What's your Easter Tradition?
I feel if I asked about your Christmas Traditions you would all have an answer, but what about Easter, do you always eat lamb or perhaps share an easter egg hunt with neighbours? We'd love to hear how you celebrate Easter, please share your family traditions with us on social media, or get inspired for sharing something different with your family/community.

We have often tried Stewardship's 40 acts of kindness during Lent to push our boundaries for God and focus on doing something positive for others, rather than just giving something up.

Pupils consider evidence given by Pilate, Caiaphas & Peter in a courtroom scenario.

Pupils then deliberate and reach a verdict for who Jesus really is.

Group quotes - ‘Definitely God, because of Peter's testimony. He was someone who saw what Jesus did first hand ’… his friend's side bar ‘God wins’

Pondering ‘Is anything ever eternal’ & should Christian’s be sad when someone dies.'
Sounds like a grim session, right?
Actually, you might be surprised to hear that this is not the case.
Hard yes, but honest. Sometimes raw, but because of the volunteers in the team, authentic, cathartic and strangely beautiful.
Our teachers described it as ‘reassuring and hope filled’. That we created a safe space, saying ‘the children have and will continue to benefit from the activities and discussions today’.
What an honour and privilege to have these conversations. Children know when you are being real, deeply human & perhaps a little vulnerable in that moment.
There is something special that happens when we share like this. Teachers often open up too.
Children are hugely respectful and supportive of each other and of us, valuing our candour and perspective.
We close by sharing our hope of heaven and where our hope comes from. Beautiful. Hope-filled indeed by a love that is ancient, eternal and Divine.

Expanding and enhancing faith and spirituality teaching in secondary schools
REinspired is always working to develop and enhance our interactions with young people in schools and as part of this we are raising funds for a part time secondary school team leader. This project is also looking to develop the equipment we take into our local secondary schools to enrich the sessions. Most schools don't allow visitors to use the school's projectors

and interactive whiteboards to protect their IT systems. So we are looking at buying a portable projector, screen, speaker and stand to take into secondary schools. We have already secured £2000 from the Englefield Trust towards out total of £8,830 but if you would like to help us reach our goal, please click the Donate link to see the project on The Good Exchange (a local fundraising portal).

New Trustees join REinspired

Russell started as a Trustee in 2025, after moving to become Minister of Lower Earley Baptist Church in 2023. Originally from outer London, he left the daily commute in 2006 to train for Christian ministry and went on to pastor a church on the Welsh borders for 14 years.

Serwah encountered REinspired at a campus Careers Fair in 2021, while completing her master’s studies at Reading University, and felt compelled to support their work. What began as volunteering soon grew into a deeper commitment, leading her to become a trustee.

Carrie King and her team led 10 sessions for 300 Year 8's on the topic of 'Religious Experience' at Maiden Erlegh School. One year 8's reply to what motivated Brother Andrew to risk his life smuggling Bibles into communist countries was:
‘I think Brother Andrew smuggled Bibles behind the Iron Curtain so that people could have the opportunity to read something that might help them change their life for the better like it had for him.’
